Perhaps, most people would rather read tips on how to succeed rather than how to fail. But I think it is also worth to know the pitfalls to failure to see some ways on how to avoid it. Know thy enemy, they say… So here are some of things you need to do to fail:
1. Be aggressively impulsive
When you want to buy a property, look for a brochure and purchase it the next day. When you have some big projects to finish, do it right away. Planning is bullshit. It kills too much time. And so are thinking and analyzing. Never waste time to think and analyze.
